Pablo de Lara aa6a021db7 cryptodev: move KASUMI to end of list 
New cryptodev type for the new KASUMI PMD was added
in the cryptodev type enum, but not at the end of it,
causing an ABI breakage.

Fixes: 2773c86d06 ("crypto/kasumi: add driver for KASUMI library")

DPDK is a set of libraries and drivers for fast packet processing.
It supports many processor architectures and both FreeBSD and Linux.

The DPDK uses the Open Source BSD license for the core libraries and
drivers. The kernel components are GPLv2 licensed.
