Qi Zhang ab0fa5457f net/fm10k/base: replace macros

Other shared code bases are planning on using
IS_MULTICAST_ETHER_ADDR and friends without leaving the driver
name in the macro.
Remove reference to FM10K here so that we can re-use the specific
compat flags from Linux.

DPDK is a set of libraries and drivers for fast packet processing.
It supports many processor architectures and both FreeBSD and Linux.

The DPDK uses the Open Source BSD license for the core libraries and
drivers. The kernel components are GPLv2 licensed.
