Harry van Haaren b07b80fe1c eventdev: fix a return value comment 
The PMD info get API has a void return type. Remove the
@return 0 Success doxygen comment as it doesn't make sense here.

DPDK is a set of libraries and drivers for fast packet processing.
It supports many processor architectures and both FreeBSD and Linux.
