Pablo de Lara b218a1bf36 doc: fix supported AES-CBC key lengths

AES-NI MB PMD supports 128, 192 and 256-bit keys,
not 128, 256 and 512-bit keys.

DPDK is a set of libraries and drivers for fast packet processing.
It supports many processor architectures and both FreeBSD and Linux.

The DPDK uses the Open Source BSD license for the core libraries and
drivers. The kernel components are GPLv2 licensed.
