Aaron Conole b8951127a0 eal: add missing function to symbol map 
This function rte_cpu_is_supported is now part of the public ABI,
so should be advertised as such.

Fixes: 37e97ad2c5 ("eal: do not panic when CPU is not supported")

DPDK is a set of libraries and drivers for fast packet processing.
It supports many processor architectures and both FreeBSD and Linux.

The DPDK uses the Open Source BSD license for the core libraries and
drivers. The kernel components are GPLv2 licensed.
