Pavan Nikhilesh bcb6f841d4 examples/l2fwd-event: setup service core

Setup service cores for eventdev and Rx/Tx adapter when they don't have
internal port capability.

DPDK is a set of libraries and drivers for fast packet processing.
It supports many processor architectures and both FreeBSD and Linux.
