Harry van Haaren be455196d4 event/opdl: rework loops to comply with dpdk style 
This commit reworks the loop counter variable declarations
to be in line with the DPDK source code.

DPDK is a set of libraries and drivers for fast packet processing.
It supports many processor architectures and both FreeBSD and Linux.
