Mallesh Koujalagi c1cd6fb3e7 net/null: set different MAC address for each device
Previously all null devices were getting MAC address "00:00:00:00:00:00"

After attaching two Null device to OVS, seeing "00.00.00.00.00.00" mac
address for both null devices.

Fix this issue, by setting different mac address.
