Adam Dybkowski c591df32ad app/compress-perf: fix memory deallocation

This patch fixes the memory deallocation issue which happened
after unsuccessful allocation (e.g. due to the out of memory)
and produced the segmentation fault.

DPDK is a set of libraries and drivers for fast packet processing.
