The testsuite params struct and ut functions are now in the cryptodev test header file. This will allow them be used outside of the cryptodev_test.c file. They will be used in a subsequent patch by the blockcipher test. As a result of this change, slight renaming changes were necessary for ipsec and asym tests, to avoid a clash in names.
