Olivier Matz e314af1578 pci: remove invalid comment

In a previous commit, the file used to map the PCI resources changed
from "/dev/uio<x>" to "/sys/bus/pci/devices/<busaddr>/resource", making
the comment wrong. Remove it.

DPDK is a set of libraries and drivers for fast packet processing.
