Maxime Coquelin 2e16597c4b net/vhost: move to vhost library statistics API ... Now that we have Vhost statistics APIs, this patch replaces Vhost PMD extended statistics implementation with calls to the new API. It will enable getting more statistics for counters that cannot be implemented at the PMD level.
