Bernard Iremonger ebf5e9b715 app/testpmd: do not update forwarding config

Do not update forwarding configuration when attaching or detaching a port
Remove checks on test_done variable.
Remove code to update forwarding configuration.

DPDK is a set of libraries and drivers for fast packet processing.
It supports many processor architectures and both FreeBSD and Linux.
