With the addition of enable/disable_apps meson options, it is a bit harder to figure out which application is built, and why. Display the list of applications in the same way we do for drivers and libraries. DPDK is a set of libraries and drivers for fast packet processing. It supports many processor architectures and both FreeBSD and Linux.
