Jerin Jacob 16a277a24c test/trace: add performance test cases 
This test case shall be used to measure the trace overhead.

Example command to run the performance test case.

echo "trace_perf_autotest" | ./build/app/test/dpdk-test -c 0x3 --trace=.*
