Ajit Khaparde f7ecea911e net/bnxt: fix interrupt handler 
In some cases the interrupt handler is accessing cpr, which has
already been freed causing segfaults. This patch avoids such accesses.

DPDK is a set of libraries and drivers for fast packet processing.
It supports many processor architectures and both FreeBSD and Linux.
