Adam Dybkowski 45fe9ea971 crypto/qat: support single-pass GMAC on GEN3 
This patch implements Single-Pass AES-GMAC possible on QAT GEN3
which improves the performance. On GEN1 and GEN2 the previous
chained method is used.
