spdk_top: change where get_data() and free_data() are called
Move part of code with get_data(), refresh_tab() and free_data() inside show_stats() upwards to make sure data structures are up to date for pop-up details windows. Delete get_data(), free_data() calls from show_thread(), show_poller() and show_core functions. Add data freeing right before rpc calls inside get_data() to let pop-up details windows to use updated data before freeing it.
