test/nvmf: add semicolons to avoid astyle 3.1 bug

The DEFINE_STUB macro doesn't actually need a trailing semicolon, but
adding one avoids a new astyle 3.1 bug that otherwise causes these stubs
to get reformatted incorrectly.
