nvme: use spdk_nvme_zns_ns_get_zone_size_sectors() where appropriate

Use the new function spdk_nvme_zns_ns_get_zone_size_sectors() where
it is appropriate (in comparison to the existing
spdk_nvme_zns_ns_get_zone_size() variant).
