test/bdev: remove the gpt conf file / parameterize tests
Previously, we only ran bdevperf tests against GPT partitioned NVMe drives. These tests are generally applicable and should be run against all of the bdev types we support. So long story short this configuration file isn't needed and we can just get rid of it.
