For QAT, a single operation can be described at most by one IOV.
To assure that we don't get memory buffers that are sub-block sized,
set the alignment requirement to the block size of the underlying device.

This follows the same trend as the mem_map APIs.
Currently, most of the spdk_vtophys() callers manually
detect physically noncontiguous buffers to split them
into multiple physically contiguous chunks. This patch
is a first step towards encapsulating most of that logic
in a single place - in spdk_vtophys() itself.
This patch doesn't change any functionality on its own,
it only extends the API.

I don't think this is a real problem but in stepping through
similar logic in the new compress vbdev I noticed that the
call to spdk_vbdev_register() which is now in the name search
loop due to a very recent code cleanup, will result in immediate
calls to this very same examine function and when unwinding will
continue through the loop for no good reason (a match was found).

Initial implmentation had a 1:1 session to crypto op ratio. After
working with a similar concept in CompressDev checked to see if
this was required and apparently it is not.
Saves a decent number of API calls per crypto op and in the poller.
Also saves on mempool usage. Performance improvement measurement
is WIP.

In create_crypto_disk() we were failing to unregsiter the io_device
in the event that spdk_vbdev_register() call failed. Found via
inspection looking into a CI failure however this potentially could
have caused that failure as well (I don't think so though, there
were no prints in the log that it followed this path).

The io device was previously not being unregistered, this looks
like the root cause to several recent CI failures in the bdev
JSON tests that use RPC to create/save/clear/load configs.

The crypto drivers are now always initialized at
bdev module init, so any subsequent attempts to
init them would immediately return with rc = 0.
Besides, from the code perspective, this call does
not have the proper error handling. To clean up
all of this, we remove the call entirely.

Previously there was no consideration for IO that were outstanding
to the crypto device when handling a reset. This patch makes sure
that those IO are completed with FAIL status prior to completing
the reset that we pass down the stack.
It does so by sending down the reset first and in the completion
using spdk_for_each_channel and the poller to quiesce each channel
allowing the crypto side to complete all IOs before we finally
complete the reset IO after the last channel is quiesced.
Resets are tracked on a per bdev basis.

This helps us avoid situations where other bdev modules will break the
rte_pci_bus mappings for qat devices before we have an opportunity to
initialize the qat pmd.
Also, update the blobstore match file to handle the possibility of using
a crypto driver and improve the json_config and spdkcli scripts to
handle allocating qat_crypto drivers.

introduces at least two errors.
- exit too early from check_format.sh

In the crypto examine function we first try to claim the bdev
that's presented. If the claim fails, we were returning
immediately which was incorrect because the examine function needs
to look at the entire global list of vbdevs.
The scenario that caught this was testing a duplicate underlying
bdev name in the conf file. In that case, before this fix, the claim
on the first crypto bdev worked but on the second it failed so the bdev
layer never added the good one to its global list so on exit it would
try to remove the crypto vbdev from the list but it was never added
(because it gets added when registered which we were bailing so soon
before that it never happened).

Don't think this matters functionally but can be confusing in
debug, was using the name of the underlying bdev for the name of
the io_device we're registering. Change to the name of the vbdev
instead.

Performance testing shows much better CPU scalling with FIO as
DPDK will no longer take multiple locks with each loop. Instead,
just 2 at the end to perform the bulk returns.

Previously was only checking the crypto driver name in the conf
file parsing and not when it came in via RPC so a bogus name
could result in nasty stuff. Moved the check to the common
function used by both paths so a bad name will fail gracefully.

Most vbdevs have complete test suites that include rpc calls
to set them up and teare them down. With crypto there's not
a lot to do w/test other than make sure it's configured and
run IO so right now that amounts to tools that use a config
(ini) file. Adding create/delete calls here to get basic rpc
coverage in CI.
The fixes/udpates in the vbdev module and the .py files were
fixes found in enabling testing of the rpc calls.

Initial support for softare AESNI_MB DPDK driver only.
Have tested (both aesni and QAT seprately and concurrrently) on underlying NVMe devices
with bdevio and a bdevperf script that runs IOs from 512B to 128K each with Q depths from
1 to 512 in powers of 2 for 30 seconds each run.
QAT can be included in the code (but not makefile) and marked as experimental
until we are ready to test in CI. It works well on 2 systems but is a big PITA to get
the hardware setup and configured for use with DPDK (IMHO).
