gen_nvme.sh should be used with "--json-with-subsystems"
option for that the whole configuration JSON file
is properly generated.

This allows to use same command
for allocating hugepages on
systems with different hugepage
sizes.
The old NRHUGE variable can be
still set on Linux machines,
but is currently undocumented.

Doxygen interprets each Markdown input file as a separate section
(chapter). Concatenate all of the .md files in directories into a
single file per section to get a correctly-nested table of contents.
In particular, this matters for the navigation in the PDF output.
