In json_config test, when there are multiple nvme disks, we see errors like:
ERROR: expected event 'bdev_register:Nvme0n1p1' but got 'bdev_register:Nvme1n1' (whole event line: bdev_register:Nvme1n1:1)
The reason is when there are multiple nvme disks in the system, when
start nvmf_tgt, it will register all the disks in bdev, so there would
be multiple bdev_register events for these disks before we run
create_bdev_subsystem_config. So in create_bdev_subsystem_config we need
add these events to expected events list first.

"bdev_register" notification was sent right when register
happened, which was misleading for any listener.
Action on the registered bdev might not have been possible
when examine took longer time.
Order of bdev_register notifications in json_config test
was modified, because they are being sent out as pollers
for the spdk_bdev_wait_for_examine() are being processed.
This is only because pollers are inserted at the tail,
and processed from the tail as well.
Order of notifications should not matter, as long as bdevs
are ready for use.

Since user/orchestration has no chance to call
bdev_wait_for_examine when loading json configuration,
this RPC is now always built into bdev subsystem json.
This behaviour was already there for SPDK_RPC_STARTUP,
see bdev_module_action_complete().
Yet it did not apply to SPDK_RPC_RUNTIME RPCs, as the
bdev module initialization was already complete.
Making sure all SPDK applications finish their startup
when all bdevs are ready to be used. See issue below:

gen_nvme.sh will no longer generate the legacy configuration.
"--json" option will still work for any current users of the script.
Tests were modified to no longer use the "--json" option.
Meanwhile others were simplified with switch to "--json-with-subsystems".

The internal vhost library is used when DPDK's version
is older than 19.05 and the experiemntal vhost nvme
target.
For the CONFIG_INTERNAL_VHOST_LIB option, SPDK doesn't
enable this option by default over one year and CI
doesn't cover it either, so we may remove it with
this release.
As for the vhost-nvme target, since we are developing
a new vfio-user target solution, it's OK for us to remove
it now.

This was added before the usage of having a SW engine and 2 HW
engines was fully thought out. The current rules are:
* if no HW engine specific enable RPC is sent, use SW
* if a HW engine specific enable RPC is sent, use it
* If a 2nd HW engine specific enable RPC is sent, ignore
In this scheme there's no need for an RPC that lets the user
choose which engine to use because they already do so when
they enable an engine.

The $enabled_types consisted of a newline, two tabs and a trailing
space. In that form it was checked against a string that consisted
of array items returned in a form of:
foo
bar
The check initially was failing since plain [ was splitting these
strings into multiple words without proper quoting in place. This
could be seen in the build log:
line 52: [: too many arguments
This is fixed by replacing [ with [[ and using proper quoting on the
rhs of the expression.
Additionally, $enabled_types is now converted to an array to make
the comparision more natural without worrying about the whitespaces.

The copy engine library, modules and public APIs have been renamed.
Use of the word `copy` has been replaced with the word `accel`
short for accelerator in preparation for adding new capabilities
in the future. Additionally, APIs for what was previously called
the `memcpy` engine have been renamed to identify the engine as a
software accelerator.

This patch adds support for saving VMD subsystem's configuration to a
JSON formatted file. It allows saving and then loading configuration
with VMD enabled without having to send the `enable_vmd` RPC.

In case there is an error while killing the process we won't
be able to fail the test, because non-zero return codes
are not respected by set -e option if they originate from
inside "if" instruction".
