There is no need to have the application-level RPCs
defined separately from the event library itself
(which defines the application framework).

The poller is now created internally to the library whenever a target
is constructed. Applications are not expected to poll for connections
any longer.

The bdev_examine_bdev api will examine a bdev explicitly. After
disabling the auto_examine feature, a user could call
bdev_examine_bdev to examine a specific bdev he/she wants.

left hand side navigation bar is missing some of the
releases.
This is due to missing 'title' of particular release
that is signified by ":" right after version number.
This patch adds missing ":" and fills out missing titles
for all releases, so they show up properly on the website.

This was sort of a clunky interface requiring a couple of inline
functions in every app that wants to use the accel_fw moving
forward. By having the accel_fw public API accept a callback arg
instead of an accel_task combined with adding a pool of accel_tasks
in the accel_fw engine we can eliminate this.
After changing the parm to a cb_arg, changes were made to all accel_fw
interfaces to put cb_fn and cb_arg as the last parms in public and
private function calls.
Related bdev_malloc changes need to be in this patch in order to pass CI.

payloads. This patch adds an option to disable it if required. By
default zero copy is enabled.

Receive pipe reduces number of system calls and gives significant
performance improvement with kernel TCP stack and relatively small IO
sizes. With user space TCP/IP implementations there are no system
calls and double buffering introduced by pipe has negative impact on
performance. Receive pipe remains enabled by default.

We added the uring socket implemenation in 20.04, but
we did not announce anything since uring is experimental
and there is no test in our CI. Now, the uring socket
implementation can be announced because we added the
related test in our CI pool.

`-r` and `--rpc-socket` command line options will now require
path for a UNIX domain domain socket. The socket can be still
exposed over TCP with external programs. Hence, for (some)
compatibility reasons, the test scripts, jsonrpc-client, and
rpc.py will still be able connect directly via TCP.

Having spdk_vhost_blk_get_dev required us to bump up the SO version
the vhost library when we updated bdev.h but spdk_vhost_blk_get_dev
has not been used publicly, and can be inlined very simply.
So remove spdk_vhost_blk_get_dev from include/spdk/vhost.h and inline
it to the place which had used it.

This parameter describes the number of admin and IO
qpairs while admin qpair always exists and should not
be configured explicitly.
Introduce a new parameter `max_io_qpairs_per_ctrlr`
which configures the number of IO qpairs.
Internal structure of NVMF transport is not changed,
both RPC parameters configure the same nvmf transport parameter.
Deprecate max_qpairs_per_ctrlr in spdkcli as well
Side change: update dif_insert_or_strip description -
it can be used by TCP and RDMA transports
Config files parsing is not changed since it is deprecated

There was also some minor clean in one file, moving a function to
eliminate multiple forward declarations (there would have been
another one with this new API).
The next patch will use this API in the accel perf tool.

for TCP connection.
For example, the previous example can be:

With the change, it could be:

The priority is optional. We try to change
spdk_nvme_transport_id but not in spdk_nvme_ctrlr_opts since
the opts in spdk_nvme_ctrlr_opts will reflect in every nvme ctrlr,
this is short of flexibility.

Purpose: This is used to make users can specify
some options on the socket, e.g., the different priority for the socket.
While creating sockets, the priority needs to be set before connect()
and listen system calls, so better to add one parameter in spdk_sock_opts
which can contain options (e.g., priority) in spdk_sock_listen_ext and
spdk_sock_connect_ext functions.

Deprecating INI tyle configuration has been a long time coming.
Feature parity is there between JSON-RPC and INI, which should
enable the switch.
All major applications support the JSON-RPC and tests were
moved to the JSON-RPC.
With above in place, it is time to give an explicit notification
to INI config users regarding the lack of support for INI.
In future release the INI configuration will be removed,
until then feedback from users is welcome on any
suggestions how to make the transition smoother.
