Wojciech Malikowski	5c8f369a41	ftl: Restore state from the SSD ... This patch adds the ability to restore the state of the block device from the SSD, by reading the metadata stored in each band and recover the L2P (LBA -> PPA map). Only clean shutdown is supported as of yet.
