exceed the NVMe Dataset Management range's 32-bit number of blocks,

We can support up to 0.5 PB unmap requests by using the maximum number
of descriptors in a single Dataset Management command, which should be
sufficient for now.

was difficult to use correctly and only for deallocate.
Note that the name is "dataset_management" as opposed to
"data_set_management" to match the NVMe specification.
It's questionable whether "dataset" is valid English, but
it is best to match the specification.
