ad323b8064 iscsi&scrpts/rpc: Require to specify CHAP secret file explicitly to load it
Previous patches enabled users to configure CHAP secrets dynamically
by RPCs. Subsequent patches will enable users to load CHAP secrets
from JSON config file.

Loading CHAP secret file is done by default and this will conflict to
JSON config file.

Hence the path to CHAP secret file is required to specify in the config
file or JSON RPC set_iscsi_options explicitly after this patch.

Users who have used CHAP secret file are expected to specify it explicitly
and this will be no harm for them.

Besides, CHAP secret file is not oly for discovery sessions but also for
login to iSCSI targets. However there were wrong description to make user
misunderstand. Hence remove these wrong description in this patch too.

Also fix the code to match the documentation.

d393983d74 lib/iscsi: export FirstBurstLength as user configurable parameter
According to https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc3720, the
default value for the FirstBurstLength is 65536 bytes
while SPDK iSCSI target picks the smaller 8192 as the
default setting. This value is the communication for
the iSCSI initiator to send the unsolicited data and
instead of having a fixed setting here, expose it as a
user configurable parameter to fit the real use case,
especially for the data out iSCSI write.

Example of usage as following in the iSCSI.conf:

FirstBurstLength 8192

66723f7f92 rpc/iscsi: Use chap to parameter names for CHAP in discovery session
Current parameter names of `set_iscsi_options` and `get_iscsi_global_params`

compared with CHAP in login to target nodes.

This patch changes parameter names of `set_iscsi_options` and
`get_iscsi_global_params` RPC method for CHAP in discovery session
from no_discovery_auth, req_discovery_auth, req_discovery_auth_mutual,
and discovery_auth_group to disable_chap, require_chap, mutual_chap,

Old parameters are still usable because decoder of them are not removed.

c06345bfaf doc/vhost: add SVG diagram
Replaced basic ASCII diagram with the complex SVG one.
Also removed slightly misleading vhost introduction
and replaced it with a doc/vhost_processing.md
reference, which does a better job at explaining vhost.

Vhost is a protocol intended to expose Virtio queues to
an external process. While Virtio queues are defined
by the Virtio protocol, it is still misleading to say
vhost devices use Virtio protocol to communicate. They
use Vhost-user protocol. Virtio shouldn't be mentioned
unless we talk about QEMU or guest VM.

f9d52c9ebd lvol: add destroy_lvol_bdev RPC method
This is the first step toward fixing the behavior of the lvol bdev
module so that it handles spdk_bdev_unregister() correctly.

Currently, when an lvol bdev is unregistered, this causes the associated
lvol to be deleted; this isn't the desired behavior, since
spdk_bdev_unregister() is just meant to drop the currently-exposed bdev,
as in a hot-unplug event, not destroy the backing storage.

The current implementation of the new destroy_lvol_bdev method still
calls into the exsting (broken) spdk_bdev_unregister() path, but this at
least lets us fix the existing delete_bdev RPC callers that really
intended to destroy the lvol.

The next step is to make vbdev_lvol_destroy() call spdk_lvol_destroy()
instead of unregistering the bdev, which will require cleanup in the
generic lvol layer to remove the close_only flag.

This patch also remove following macros:
SPDK_GET_BDEV_MODULE - this is not really needed, to find module outside
module translation unit use spdk_bdev_module_list_find()

SPDK_BDEV_MODULE_ASYNC_INIT and SPDK_BDEV_MODULE_ASYNC_FINI - replaced
by bool fields in spdk_bdev_module_if struct.

cb5178ea40 lvol: set default cluster size to 4MiB
Blobstore default cluster size is currently 4MiB,
but default lvol cluster size overrides it to 1GiB.

Additionally add -c flag in lvol tests to set cluster
size for tests.

1GiB was fine without thin provisioning, but we do not
want to allocate and copy 1GiB of data for newly allocated
clusters on thin provisioned logical volumes.

Note that 4MiB is same as default for Linux LVM.

lvol test case 601 had to be modified to create a malloc
LUN less than size of default cluster size. This test is
supposed to fail - without the change here, creating the
lvolstore would work, but the script still considered it a
PASS. Defer fixing that to a separate patch - for now just
keep the same test process.

d12ba75bd1 blob: add per-blob feature flags
Similar flags will be added at the blobstore level in a future
patch.

This allows backwards compatibility - i.e. allow older blobstore
applications to open blobstores created by newer blobstore
applications with new features. Any blob's using a new feature
should have an associated flag set in one of three new flag masks:

- invalid: if a bit is set in this mask that the application is not
aware of, do not allow the blob to be opened
- data_ro: if a bit is set in this mask that the application is not
aware of, allow the blob to be opened, but do not allow
write I/O nor any operation that changes metadata
- md_ro: if a bit is set in this mask that the application is not
aware of, allow the blob to be opened for performing any
kind of I/O, but do not allow any operation that changes
	   metadata

While here, bump SPDK_BS_VERSION to 3. We intend this to be the
last change made to SPDK_BS_VERSION - future versioning will be
done via blobstore or per-blob feature flags instead.
