Allow specifying a custom hugetlbfs directory.
This can be useful e.g. when trying to use hugepages
with fixed size, different size limit, or different
access permissions.

Also fix the code to match the documentation.
--limit-coredump is the better name for this option.
Also add a very brief description of --tpoint-group-mask.
A lot more documentation is needed on this, and John
Kariuki has some in progress.

Doxygen doesn't parse empty columns, making the whole
table look broken on spdk.io.
