58f1624497 nvmf: add the transport shared buffer num configuration option.
Previously, we allocate the buffer size according
to the MaxQueueDepth info, however this is not exactly
a good way for customers to configure, we should provided
a shared buffer number configuration for the transport.

ec79b4c8e4 app: fixup error handling in wait_subsystem_init RPC
We could call spdk_jsonrpc_end_result with a NULL
result parameter, which will hit an assert.

While here, also remove the "no memory" error message
if the result object can't be obtained. Getting no result
is not necessarily caused by memory allocation failure
and everywhere throughout the SPDK we don't print any
message if that happens.

e1ec5c60ca event: Use a single event pool instead of one per socket
Previously, a pool of events per socket was created for NUMA
locality. However, when passing a message between threads,
the event would be taken from one pool and put back into another,
resulting in imbalances.

At this time, I do not see an efficient way to allocate the events
so that they remain NUMA local. We'll work on that over time.
However, for correctness right now, go down to a single global
pool of events.

5deb90b002 event: simplify sleep code in _spdk_reactor_run
This sleep functionality is only really used by the stub
app currently. nvmf target enables it, but it never
gets exercised since there is always a poller running on

the reactor didn't take action - try to sleep any time
where the loop did not take action.

d393983d74 lib/iscsi: export FirstBurstLength as user configurable parameter
According to https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc3720, the
default value for the FirstBurstLength is 65536 bytes
while SPDK iSCSI target picks the smaller 8192 as the
default setting. This value is the communication for
the iSCSI initiator to send the unsolicited data and
instead of having a fixed setting here, expose it as a
user configurable parameter to fit the real use case,
especially for the data out iSCSI write.

Example of usage as following in the iSCSI.conf:

FirstBurstLength 8192

Current parameter names of `set_iscsi_options` and `get_iscsi_global_params`
RPC method for CHAP in discovery session may not be clear and long

This patch changes parameter names of `set_iscsi_options` and

from no_discovery_auth, req_discovery_auth, req_discovery_auth_mutual,
and discovery_auth_group to disable_chap, require_chap, mutual_chap,

Old parameters are still usable because decoder of them are not removed.
