Darek Stojaczyk d94846c7f0 autotest: remove usages of deprecated --with-raid 
The RAID module is no longer marked experimental and
is now built by default. Using '--with-raid' was giving
us an additional deprecation message:

> --with-raid option ignored and is now deprecated.
> RAID module is always enabled.
