Ben Walker e036215fe9 thread: Add a mechanism to exit a lightweight thread
Lightweight threads may now be exited by calling
spdk_thread_exit() within the thread. The framework
polling the thread can release the resources associated
with that lightweight thread by calling
spdk_thread_destroy().
