Seth Howell 407915eb6d make: move FreeBSD linker change to SYS_LIBS
This linker flag is really more important when dealing with external SO
files such as libuuid. It shoudl follow those linked options around
instead of all of our internal dependencies.

This series is aimed at fixing github issue 434
