Piotr Pelplinski fca11f1519 bdev_pmem: initial implementation of persistent memory bdev
Use SPDK bdev subsystem to allow basic IO to pmem pool
using pmemblk_* calls.

New pmem bdev can be constructed using RPC call
construct_pmem_bdev PMEM_FILE
