Test in event.sh take 5 seconds on CI at this time.
For the tests to run both SPDK_RUN_FUNCTIONAL_TEST
and SPDK_TEST_EVENT had to be enabled.
This served as very minor time saver, so removing
this flag shouldn't affter test times more that the
5 seconds.
