Tomasz Zawadzki a3aa222a39 ut/reactor: consolidate polling for all events ... Scheduler and governor tests polled events till completion, but depended on exact number of events and repeated those calls multiple times. This patch adds _run_events_till_completion() which will run all events scheduled, until there are no more to process.
