Ziye Yang 0c9a003b37 accel: Fix the data copy issue for copy+crc32c in vector mode. 
The root cause is that we do not the copy the contents
to the dst address correctly.

So provide a _sw_accel_copyv function to address this
issue.

Fixes #2096
