Maciej Wawryk 1aace53675 Add bdev_raid.sh to per-patch tests
The tests were made nightly with this patch:
85bedfac7a
It is no longer applies for two reasons:
bdev_raid has seen and will see more changes in the future
test take few second on the CI, meaning that they do not take up any
    meaningful part of CI time
