With issues similar to https://github.com/spdk/spdk/issues/1293 it would be better to use temporary directories for spdk workspace instead of depending on the hardcoded path (/tmp/spdk). This will mitigate potential scenario where permissions of the target dir are suddenly changed in-between autobuild runs.
