New IO types are just ignored by existing modules, but when added it changes the value of SPDK_BDEV_NUM_IO_TYPES which then throws an abidiff error in our build. So just suppress changes to this specific value so that adding new IO types doesn't itself result in an SO version bump. Thanks Alexey Marchuk for pointing out this abidiff feature.
