Seth Howell c998c6c69e nvme: add API for qpair poll groups. ... This API will allow us to simplify the polling mechanism for qpairs on a single thread. It also will pave the way for doing transport specific aggregation of qpair polling to increase performance. The generic implementation is included. The transport specific calls have yet to be implemented.
