Fix Rocksdb db_bench build's Linker issue.
Linker throws undefined references to spdk_app_start, spdk_app_stop,
spdk_app_start_shutdown, spdk_app_fini, spdk_event_allocate,
spdk_app_opts_init and spdk_event_call.
