0815849d42 Only install backwards compat symlink for <machine/soundcard.h> if using 
the default SHARED=copies, otherwise the kernel source tree gets modified
if /usr/include/machine is a symlink to the source tree (which is not the
case by default).  Nothing in our src tree uses <machine/soundcard.h>.

74f0e38f17 Change the warning about unrecognized entries in the dynamic table 
to a debug message which is disabled in production builds of the
dynamic linker.  The condition warned about is normally harmless.

8dc08536b9 Attempt to fix world breakage for the NOSHARED=yes case. baudrate() 
is in both snake and libncurses, and the elf static linker can't handle
the duplication.

is in both hack and libncurses, and the elf static linker can't handle
the duplication.  This is probably the correct fix for hack (it makes
it clear that the ospeed stuff can go away), but its effect on hack
has not been tested, and the linker bug remains open.
