5fa7f62e66 Byte count statistics of multicast vifs are invalid. 
The problem is caused by a wrong endianess in the sum.

PQ_NOOPT	no coloring

df394affa2 convert some nfs tunables to options, these are: 
NFS_MINATTRTIMO         VREG attrib cache timeout in sec
NFS_MAXATTRTIMO
NFS_MINDIRATTRTIMO      VDIR attrib cache timeout in sec
NFS_MAXDIRATTRTIMO
NFS_GATHERDELAY         Default write gather delay (msec)
NFS_UIDHASHSIZ          Tune the size of nfssvc_sock with this
NFS_WDELAYHASHSIZ       and with this
NFS_MUIDHASHSIZ         Tune the size of nfsmount with this
NFS_NOSERVER            (already documented in LINT)
NFS_DEBUG               turn on NFS debugging

also, because NFS_ROOT is used by very different files, it has been
renamed to opt_nfsroot.h instead of the old opt_nfs.h....

eeae79cc34 Crank the max possible disks/slices constants way down. 
The probe for this sometimes makes IDE drives chatter their guts out
and takes an inordinately long time in such cases..

a34f78d134 Fix bogon in man page. "-o conn" actually turns off NFSMNT_NOCONN as it is 
a "negative" option.  This makes it equivalent to /not/ specifying "-c".
The compile time default is /not/ to have the NFSMNT_NOCONN flag set, so
"-o conn" should never be needed---truly a deprecated option :-).
