b032f27c36 Multi-bss (aka vap) support for 802.11 devices. 
Note this includes changes to all drivers and moves some device firmware
loading to use firmware(9) and a separate module (e.g. ral).  Also there
no longer are separate wlan_scan* modules; this functionality is now
bundled into the wlan module.

069441f718 Remove wicontrol(8) from the base system. Using wicontrol to configure an 
interface has been deprecated since 5.1, wi(4) wireless interfaces are managed
via the net80211 stack and ifconfig.

26d2edc770 o Fix a bridge example: sysctl net.inet.ip.forwarding=1 is needless, 
bridge(4) is working on a level below.  Suggest
sysctl net.inet.ip.check_interface=0 instead.

d12d35d416 DWL-520 is used to describe three or four different cards. only some

3506aa8ed8 Add notes about which versions of firmware is known to work/fail with 
various functions of the card.  Be pedantically careful to use 'station
firmware' when talking about the version of Prism firmware.
