Marcel Moolenaar b81b7f0a7d Better implement I-cache invalidation. The previous implementation 
was a kluge. This implementation matches the behaviour on powerpc
and sparc64.
While on the subject, make sure to invalidate the I-cache after
loading a kernel module.
