John Baldwin a1d39c5344 Use a workaround to compile the crt init functions correctly with clang. The MIPS assembly parser treats forward-declared local symbols as global symbols. This results in CALL16 relocations being used against local (private) symbols which then fail to resolve when linking binaries. This directory contains machine-specific files for the GNU C compiler.
It has a subdirectory for each basic CPU type.
The only files in this directory itself
are some .h files that pertain to particular operating systems
and are used for more than one CPU type.
