e8bbeae7b0 Tone down warning about the quality of the NTFS VFS module. It appears that 
not all developers share luigi opinion about quality of sysutils/fusefs-ntfs
compared to our kernel NTFS module.

940369b908 In the CAVEATS section mention the fact that the NTFS kernel support isn't 
very well maintained and point user to sysutils/fusefs-ntfs, which
at the time of this writing seems to be a better alternative.

3f61687ba1 o Mask maximum file permissions we get from mount_ntfs -m 
with ACCESSPERMS.  Document in mount_ntfs(8) only the nine
low-order bits of mask are used (taken from mount_msdosfs(8)).

c4f02a891f - Support for multibyte charsets in LIBICONV. 
- CD9660_ICONV, NTFS_ICONV and MSDOSFS_ICONV kernel options
(with corresponding modules).
- kiconv(3) for loadable charset conversion tables support.

ef8f7ac935 Remove single-space hard sentence breaks. These degrade the quality 
of the typeset output, tend to make diffs harder to read and provide
bad examples for new-comers to mdoc.
