Current code doesn't try to make use of the full page when bouncing because the size is only expanded to be a multiple of the alignment. Instead try to always create segments of PAGE_SIZE when using bounce pages. This allows us to remove the specific casing done for BUS_DMA_KEEP_PG_OFFSET, since the requirement is to make sure the offsets into contiguous segments are aligned, and now this is done by default. The Makefile in this directory supports a number of targets for building components (or all) of the FreeBSD source tree. The `buildkernel` and `installkernel` targets build and install the kernel and the modules (see below). Please see the top of the Makefile in this directory for more information on the standard build targets and compile-time flags. Building a kernel is a somewhat more involved process. Note: If you want to build and install the kernel with the `buildkernel` and `installkernel` targets, you might need to build world before. More information is available in the handbook.
