Fix the type of the color args for VGLMouseFreeze(), VGLBitmapPutChar(),

VGLBitmapString() and VGLSetBorder() so as to not truncate to 8 bits.

Complete the corresponding fix for VGLGetXY() and VGLPutXY() (parts
of the man page were out of date).
